Booking Questions and Answers
How do you protect our prepayments?
All prepayments made by UK residents are held in a trust account that is administered by a
Lawyer who acts on behalf of the consumer. Your funds will only be released once the tour has
been completed. This protects you in terms of the Package Travel, Package Holiday and
Package Tours Regulations 1992.

Can Geoff’s Trains arrange flights?
No, we concentrate on our area of expertise, quality train travel, and believe that by doing so we
can offer the best service to you. A number of on-line booking services make it easy to compare
and book flights.

Can you book hotels and transfers?
Yes, we can often include transfers to hotels and train stations, and accommodation before and
after your journey. Sometimes it is also possible to include sightseeing activities, creating a
holiday especially tailored to your interests.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, you can pay with a credit or debit card. Once your Invoice has been completed we can send
you an email that will link you to our Paypal account. Your card details will not be seen by Geoff's
Trains, and the transaction will be protected by Paypal's security arrangements. Alternatively, we
can receive your card details and process the payment for you.

Do you have a brochure?
We do not publish a printed brochure. Our website is as up to date as we can make it, and this
serves the purpose of keeping you informed. If you would like to receive printed copies of any
pages, please let us know.

What is the best way to book?
There is a booking request form on the website. If you fill this in we will make sure that space is
available on the tour that you have selected, and then get back to you with confirmation.

Alternatively,
contact us and ask us to call you back. We will be happy to talk through the options
before finalising your booking over the telephone or by email.
